What is the Emerging Leaders Program?
The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an opportunity for students new to CUA or new to leadership development to learn about their personal leadership style and strengths, and to build practical skills. ELP runs 8 weeks starting February 1st. Participants work together and learn from each other, from the Cardinal Leaders, and from campus administrators while exploring their personal goals for engagement and identifying a plan to achieve those goals.
Who should join ELP?
Any undergraduate student interested in getting involved in the CUA community and developing their leadership skills should join ELP.
How do I join ELP?
Applications for ELP are currently open and remain open on a rolling basis through the beginning of the Spring semester.
