What is the Emerging Leaders Program?

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an opportunity for students to learn about their individual leadership values, styles, and strengths to build practical skills. ELP is a series of 6 workshops that starts September 13th.  The workshops are peer-led with participants working together and learning from each other. Emerging Leaders will exploring their personal goals for engagement and identifying a plan to achieve those goals.

What is expected if I join ELP?

Participants are expected to attend all of the workshops as well as the networking reception on November 15th. Complete exercises and reflection prompts. Submit a reflection paper of their ELP Experience.    

Who should join ELP?

Any undergraduate student interested in getting involved in the CUA community and developing their individual leadership values should join ELP.

How do I join ELP?

Applications for ELP are currently open and remain open on a rolling basis through the beginning of the Fall semester.
