Living as Leaders Community

The Living as Leaders Community serves as a means for students to coordinate programs, plan events, and foster other opportunities that develop and enhance their leadership development. The community serves as a place to develop camaraderie, respect, and friendships while encouraging personal growth and development.

The Living as Leaders Community:

  • Is composed of students interested in learning more about leadership and developing individual leadership skills
  • Consists of weekly roundtable discussions on leadership topics, facilitated by students, staff and faculty-in-residence
  • Includes presentations by CUA community leaders (faculty and staff)
  • Provides for leadership learning opportunities organized by student participants
  • Involves active participation by residents in reflection and personal assessment
